Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at https://www.elementadesign.com.au/contact-us/ with your order number and reason for the return.
• The product must be in unused, undamaged condition with the original packaging intact.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

• We are happy to offer an exchange for a different product, provided it is of equal or lesser value.
• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Non-returnable Items

• Damaged or Defective Items
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
• Custom orders or personalised products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
